KDS App is an independent Kitchen Display System for kitchen and packing coordination. Order-taking software records an order and sends its products. KDS handles routing to stations, preparation and packing.
How does it adapt to my business?
We configure stations, product routing and team views around your workflow. KDS adapts to your kitchen so your team can work in the way your business needs.
Is my software supported?
Submit a contact request naming your order-taking software and its provider. We will confirm compatibility and available capabilities, including how order completion is reported back to your system.
Can I use two kitchen KDS screens and one packer KDS?
Yes. Two screens can serve preparation stations and one can serve packing, for three KDS screens in total. We agree which products appear at each station and how the packer follows order readiness.
Do I also need to buy equipment?
No. You can purchase KDS App software separately and use compatible equipment of your choice. Hardware is not a mandatory bundle; suitability is checked for your installation.
Where can I find pricing?
Detailed pricing is available on kdsapp.gr. Prices exclude VAT and software is listed separately from any optional equipment.
Is the technical integration documentation public?
No. Select “Request docs access” and complete the request form. Our team reviews the request before granting access to the technical information for sending order products to KDS.
